"I moved to the building across the street in August 1992 and then, two years ago, I bought this building, both are located across from North High School. That's when I began to feel really complete! I started this business because I wanted to fix a person's automobile RIGHT! I had seen so many patch jobs that they began to make me feel sick! I thought to myself, why can't this be done? Well, I now work twelve hours a day, minimum, but that's O.K. If that's what it takes for the job to be completed, so be it!"

While Tony was speaking, I noticed the passion in his eyes, the sternness of his voice and the strength of his statement. He was a man on fire, possessed with his career. Tony Solorio is also a man who constantly utilizes his peripheral vision, making sure he could talk to me and at the same time keeps a watchful eye on his business so it will continue to operate properly.

"The hardest part of this business is trying to keep good workers like the people who work here. For example, when I was a kid I had an uncle who taught himself how to be an auto mechanic and he was darn good, too! Today that could never happen. "Quality Technicians" must go to some type of school or higher learning institution, just to be able to use the special scanners. Everything in the world today is about computers, digital, etc. and it's virtually impossible for one's education to live in the past.
